Diamond Kerchief Cowl

I’m a little late catching the blog up with my Twitter and Instagram accounts (and by rights this should have appeared here a year ago – blame the baby haze), but here it is:

My Diamond Kerchief Cowl pattern, which was previously published by Knit Picks as part of their Under 100 Knit Collection in 2014 (a beautiful collection by some seriously inventive designers, you should look!) is now available on the Knit Picks website as part of their wonderful Independent Designers Program, AND now as a Ravelry download for extra convenience.

The amazing response to this pattern has been such a great introduction to navigating the waters of independent knitwear design.  It has been overwhelmingly positive, and watching the list of FOs on Ravelry grow so quickly over the last year has been a real treat.  The more I read about and experience in this industry, the more I realize I’ve been really lucky to land with Knit Picks first.  It has provided a really good jumping off point for how I want to structure things in the future.

Thanks to everyone who has made the cowl! I hope it’s keeping you warm.
